The referral incentive is available only to the person making the referral. The individual being referred does not receive a reward.This incentive is valid for referrals made between 1 April 2026 and 1 October 2026. Referrals outside of this period may not be eligible.
The referrer may be entered into a £500 prize draw only where the referred client proceeds with Wiltshire Mortgages, pays the required advice fees, and their mortgage completes within the qualifying period.
Referrers must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
There is no guaranteed reward. Wiltshire Mortgages reserves the right to amend or withdraw the incentive at any time.
Referrals must be genuine. Self referrals or misuse of the scheme may result in disqualification.
This prize draw is a free-to-enter promotional incentive and is not a lottery, gambling activity, or wagering scheme.
