Established in 2015, House and Holiday Home Mortgages (HHH Mortgages) has been serving clients across the West Country and beyond with professional, straightforward, and comprehensive mortgage advice. We’re able to offer advice across the spectrum of mortgages including holiday let and rental property loans.
The business was founded by an experienced mortgage broker, Mark Stallard. Originally a one-man-band who had already dedicated over 40 years to the industry (he wrote his first mortgage in 1982), working initially as the Manager of several local branches at C&G (Cheltenham & Gloucester).

In 2017, Mark’s son, Joe Stallard, joined the business, adding a new dynamic and fresh energy to the team.
This enabled HHH Mortgages to expand its services further, becoming expert in the niche area of holiday let mortgages and incorporating later life mortgages advice.
