I joined the family business and qualified as a mortgage broker in 2017. My father, Mark Stallard, has spent the last forty years working to build his excellent reputation in the world of financial services and I am now taking over the responsibility of further developing the service we provide our clients here at HHH Mortgages.
I moved to Winchester in 2020 and have not been disappointed! The city, countryside and access to London and the coast are fantastic, and the local community is welcoming and lively. I’m a member of the local cricket club and Round Table and thoroughly enjoy living here with my fiancée and mini-Dachshund, Dexter.
My role is to ensure I, and all our mortgage advisers, provide our clients with the best possible advice and service. We aim to cut out the jargon, work with our clients efficiently and explain everything clearly. I have specialist knowledge of holiday let mortgages, and love finding all my clients the right mortgage whether they are adding to their property portfolio or buying their first, or forever home.

Since moving to Winchester, I’ve worked hard to build up a useful network of contacts that can help my clients, from solicitors, estate agents and insurance brokers to specialist holiday let lending providers. I’ve also helped to shape several lending propositions in this area for holiday lets.
Buying a home is a large commitment and I work hard to ensure each of my clients know exactly what they can borrow and the details of all the additional costs they need to consider. I can advise on life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover, buildings and content insurance as well as finding the right mortgage, so that each of my clients has a clear picture of the total cost of home ownership.

Sally Hilliker, in our Cirencester office, is dedicated to finding solutions to any issues that may arise. She will help you to accurately complete your mortgage application and provide the right paperwork as well as putting you in touch with expert local solicitors and estate agents. She will always take the time to understand your plans and when needed, offer you realistic and honest advice.
Knowing the Cotswolds area well, she can help you understand what to expect to uncover on property searches, for example. From familiarity with future developments, to council tax bands, her expertise and local knowledge will help ensure your home buying experience is a positive one.
A mortgage broker offers you an unbiased view of the entire market, they often have over 60 lenders on their books, and they’ll work with you to determine which is the right fit. We’re completely unbiased and transparent about the positives or negatives of a particular lender for you and your situation. Although visiting your own bank may seem like the simplest thing to do, they won’t be able to provide you with unbiased advice as they can only advise on their own products. We consider every aspect of a lender to determine whether they meet your needs.
